3 Planners That Are Getting Me Through 2018

For me, my planner is my life. I don't have a hard time admitting that I am a planner. If I don't write things down I don't feel like I get anything accomplished or I lose track of things I have to do or assignments that are due get lost in my mind. For the past three and a half years of college I would just go to Walmart and pick up a cheap planner that will get me through the semester. But as I enter my last full semester of college this week I really wanted to invest in myself and purchase a planner/planners that would be beneficial to myself and beneficial for my plans in the future. And I have to say I am a very picky person when it comes to planners. I may be the only one but if the paper does not feel nice to write on... I don't like it. I've been through many planners and the cheap Walmart one that I stuck with for so long was the perfect one for me. Until this year!

In this post I will tell you about the three planners that are going to get me through this year! One for school and life in general, one for fitness, and one for content planning!

1. 2018 liveWELL Planner by inkWELL Press

I found this planner at Office Depot but had to end up ordering it at inkWELL Press online because I wanted the horizontal layout for my week pages. I ultimately choose this planner because of the horizontal layout which is convenient for writing out my class assignments and keeping track of when things are due. As well as the calendar page for each month was large enough for me to be able to fill in events and appointments I have to keep track of.

A plus that came with this planner is the plan ahead section at the front of the planner and the mission board section at the beginning of each month. This year I am really trying to make goals. I have not been one to write down goals and look back at them to see if I achieved them. But this year I am more focused on goal setting and breaking them down so that I am able to reach my goals. Which is another reason I fell in love with this planner.

At the front of the planner there is a two page spread where you can break down your personal, social, financial, health, home, and dream big goals! For someone who hasn't written down goals in the past it was easy to follow and holds your hand through the process of breaking down your goals.

At the beginning of each month there is a section called your "mission board" where the break down of your goals can be laid out for each month as well as a plan to set for the month, your focus, and 3 daily habit trackers.

Another plus about this planner is the website! Tonya Dalton, the creator of inkWELL Press does videos, podcasts, and free printable sheets to help you put your goals into motion.

2. The Happy Planner Fitness Planner Extension Pack

I am currently doing a fitness challenge with one the the fitness accounts I follow on Instagram and this extension pack has been perfect for tracking when I will workout and what I am doing that day as well as tracking my meals throughout the day. I didn't do much research on other fitness planners out there and this is the first one I have tried, so far it is working for me!

3. The Content Planner

The first time I saw this planner on Instagram I knew I knew I had to have it. Being a new blogger I am in need on having somewhere to plan the content I want to blog about and what I want to post on social media.

Starting my blog I was a little lost in that department, hence not having a post since September. But one of my goals for this year is to focus on my blog and grow it. Also not let it get lost and put off in the midst of all my school work. I plan on setting aside time each week to work on content or plan content. I thought The Content Planner would be perfect for me since 1) I obsessed with planning and 2) it is the only physical planner for your blog and social media content.

I have yet to receive my content planner but it is said to come in the mail today! YAY!

The Content Planner is a 15-month fillable planner with monthly spreads, reference guides of holidays and retail dates, monthly and weekly goal setting, and stickers! (Who doesn't love stickers??)

Those are all three of the planners that will get me through 2018! I hope this helped you find your perfect planner too. Thanks for reading and happy planning!
